  1. There are no cures, treatments, and/or diagnoses here. Please read MFS NOTICE. 
  2. Make the decision to take full responsibility for your own health and never blame others for life-long insults to your own body. MFS is only for serious health seekers who will do whatever it takes to heal and find balance; no matter what and no matter how long it may take.
  3. Read MFS protocol, join MFS Facebook Group, and watch as many MFS YouTube videos as you can.
  4. Choose a time slot (30 minutes: $99.00, 1 Hour: $180.00, or 2 Hours: $300.00) and make the purchase.
  5. Download the MFS Agreement Form & Health Questionnaire, fill out as best as you can, sign, save as PDF files, and email them at the email address provided, along with clear iris photos (right and left), if possible. Note: a witness signature is required for MFS Agreement Form, and cannot be a family member or a spouse.
